Hotel Tu Casa is a 1.17-hectare estate directly on the Pererenan beachfront. Leasehold Residences sit alongside a boutique hotel, four restaurants, an oceanfront beach club, a wellness centre, rooftop bar and co-working.
The planned mix includes one-, two- and three-bedroom Residences plus penthouses, all designed as part of the same hospitality-led beachfront estate.

The hotel, restaurants, beach club and bars are run by Eddie Levy, the operator behind Matteo, Tanuki, The Lobo Plantation, Kittyhawk and Osborn House, together with globally recognised chefs and hotel managers.
