How we use your details.

This notice covers information submitted through Hotel Tu Casa forms and the free Bali guide.

Updated October 2026

Information we collect

Our forms may collect your name, verified email address, country, message and, where relevant, WhatsApp number, residence size, purchase timeframe, investment tier, capital timing and referral source. We also record consent evidence, submission time, visitor identifier, first and last landing pages, referring site, UTM campaign fields and advertising click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid.

How we use it

We use submitted details to deliver the guide, respond to enquiries, provide requested residence updates, operate the investor-verification process, understand campaign performance and prevent automated spam. Investor enquiries and residence contacts are stored separately.

Separate audiences

Residence buyers and investors are separate audiences. We do not intentionally send capital-raise or investor communications to residence contacts. If an address appears in both audiences, we flag it for manual review before a marketing flow starts.

Consent and unsubscribing

Marketing consent is collected separately from consent to answer a general enquiry. Residence and guide subscribers can unsubscribe using the link included in relevant emails. You can also contact sales@hoteltucasa.com to change your preferences.

Investor verification

Access to the investor data room requires additional verification after initial contact, including a signed NDA and photo identification. Australian applicants may be asked for a wholesale investor certificate from a qualified accountant or bank-issued proof of funds; for the US 506(c) route, accredited status may be verified by a letter from a CPA, attorney or registered broker-dealer. Those documents are not requested through the public investor enquiry form.

Questions

For Residence Waitlist or privacy questions, contact sales@hoteltucasa.com. Private investor access is provided directly by the Hotel Tu Casa team.

Email verification and guide downloads

All public enquiry and guide forms require email verification before submission. Verification codes expire after ten minutes, and we limit code requests and incorrect attempts to reduce abuse. Temporary verification sessions and hashed email/IP rate-limit keys are stored privately.

With your consent, we use guide details to deliver The Best Things to Do in Bali 2026 and send relevant Hotel Tu Casa residence notes. A general contact message does not join the residence audience unless you select “Send me residence updates”.

Cookies and measurement

We use first-party cookies to retain a random visitor identifier and first- and last-touch attribution for up to 24 months. The site uses Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure page views and confirmed Residence Waitlist registrations. For matching and deduplication, contact details sent to Meta are normalised and cryptographically hashed; browser and click identifiers may also be included. You can block cookies using your browser settings, though attribution may then be incomplete.
