Pererenan sits on Bali’s southwest coast beside Canggu, but its identity is still its own. The area combines surf, restaurants and everyday residencege life with a pace that feels calmer than the busiest parts of the neighbouring coast.
That balance shaped the choice of location for Hotel Tu Casa. Guests and residents can reach the wider Canggu area while returning to a direct beachfront setting designed around the ocean, hospitality and a strong sense of place.
The project is planned as one integrated destination: a boutique hotel, leasehold Residences, four restaurants, an oceanfront beach club, wellness, a rooftop bar and co-working. The aim is a place that works from morning through evening rather than a rooms-only hotel.
The planned residence collection includes one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts plus penthouses. Each is being developed within the same architectural language and operating environment as the hotel and shared spaces.
