The Hotel Tu Casa Residence Waitlist is now open for people interested in the planned leasehold Residences at Pererenan.
The mix includes one-, two- and three-bedroom residences plus penthouses. Registering records a buyer’s preferred residence size and ensures they receive the relevant plans and project information as the release approaches.
Wait-list members will receive priority purchase options and weekly updates. Register before 1 December 2026 to receive the first plans and prices on that date.
A display suite opens in December; details will be confirmed over the coming month. The formal purchase process, eligibility requirements and definitive documents will apply before any contract is entered into.
