Lutolli Architects is responsible for the architectural language across Hotel Tu Casa. The current design brings a boutique hotel, leasehold Residences and shared hospitality spaces together as one estate.
A consistent design language matters because the project is intended to operate as an integrated destination. Hotel rooms and residences sit alongside restaurants, an oceanfront beach club, wellness, a rooftop bar and co-working rather than being treated as unrelated components.
The residence mix is planned around one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts plus penthouses. The objective is variety within a coherent material palette, landscape approach and relationship to the beachfront setting.
Arrival, privacy, circulation and access to shared facilities are being considered across the whole estate. Those details determine how the property feels in daily use, not only how it appears in a single render.
Renders and plans remain indicative and will continue to develop through approvals, coordination and construction documentation. Final specifications will be set out in the formal release materials.
